Subject Requirements

Academic requirements

• Normally a UK 2:2 Honours degree or internationally recognised equivalent for the majority of January Master's courses. Some courses, including the MBA, require a UK 2:1-equivalent profile and/or relevant professional experience. Bangladesh qualifications are assessed by Brunel against the individual course's UK classification requirement.

English Language Requirements

• English requirements vary by course. A common postgraduate requirement is IELTS Academic 6.5 overall with minimum 5.5 or 6.0 in individual components, depending on programme. Engineering/computing courses may use IELTS 6.0 overall with 5.5 each. Equivalent approved English tests may be accepted.
