Subject Requirements
- Electrical, Control, Mechanical, Systems Engineering or closely related science such as Physics or Mathematics.
Academic requirements
- Normally a 2:2 Honours degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering or a closely related science subject.
English Language Requirements
- IELTS Academic 6.0 overall with no component below 5.5, or accepted equivalent.
Additional Requirements
- Eligible self-funded international postgraduate taught students may receive a merit scholarship of £2,000 for meeting general entry requirements or up to £4,000 for a First-class equivalent. A £1,000 early-payment discount may also apply if the required payment is made by 16 October 2026. Scholarship exclusions apply to some placement programmes.
